What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

The dispatcher logs each job and schedules a technician.
Technicians see their own jobs on their phone and mark them started and done.
Canceling a job needs a reason, so the customer can be called back.
A view for each person: Dispatcher and Technician each see the screens and steps meant for them.
Work orders move through clear steps: New → Scheduled → In progress → Done → Canceled.
Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a work order back), and the reason stays on the record.
