Estimators draft quotes and approve the small ones themselves; quotes over $10,000 can only go to the sales manager, who approves them or sends them back; quotes are then marked sent, won or lost. Used by estimators and the sales manager.

What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

  • Estimators write each quote and approve it themselves when it is $10,000 or less.
  • Over $10,000, the only way forward is to send it to the manager, who approves it or sends it back with a comment.
  • Approved quotes are marked sent, then won or lost, so the pipeline stays honest.
  • A view for each person: Estimator and Sales manager each see the screens and steps meant for them.
  • Quotes move through clear steps: Draft → Approved → In review → Sent → Won → Lost.
  • Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a quote back), and the reason stays on the record.
  • Rules decide who can move it on. For example: “Quotes over $10,000 need the sales manager's approval. Send it for approval instead.”
  • People who should only see their own quotes only see their own.
