What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

  • Staff submit what they spent, with the amount and category; they see only their own.
  • A manager approves or sends it back with a reason; the person fixes it and resubmits.
  • Approved expenses are marked reimbursed once paid back.
  • A view for each person: Staff and Manager each see the screens and steps meant for them.
  • Expenses move through clear steps: Waiting for approval → Approved → Sent back → Reimbursed.
  • Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a expense back), and the reason stays on the record.
  • People who should only see their own expenses only see their own.
