What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

  • Staff ask for days off from their phone; each person sees only their own requests.
  • The manager approves, or denies with a reason the person can read.
  • Everyone with access sees who's off when, before the schedule is made.
  • A view for each person: Barista and Manager each see the screens and steps meant for them.
  • Time-off requests move through clear steps: Pending → Approved → Denied.
  • Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a time-off request back), and the reason stays on the record.
  • People who should only see their own time-off requests only see their own.
  • A calendar of what's coming up.
