What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

  • The front desk books each appointment for a stylist, and checks the client in when they arrive.
  • Stylists open their own day on their phone, with the client's notes and color formula.
  • A stylist asks to swap a shift with a reason; the front desk confirms it.
  • A view for each person: Front desk and Stylist each see the screens and steps meant for them.
  • Appointments move through clear steps: Booked → Checked in → Done → No-show → Canceled.
  • Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a appointment back), and the reason stays on the record.
  • Clients move through clear steps: New client → Regular → Archived.
  • Staff schedule move through clear steps: Confirmed → Swap requested.
  • Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a shift back), and the reason stays on the record.
