Questions about pricing

Every plan is priced per business, never per seat, and nothing is unlimited. Build is $299 a month; Pro, for heavier use, is $599 a month.

What's a build credit?
Describing a new app uses about 3 credits and most changes use 1. Builds that fail never use your credits.
What happens if I run out?
Your apps keep working and your team keeps using them. New AI changes pause until your credits renew next month.
Do I pay per user?
No. Build covers up to 100 people at your business for one flat price, and Pro up to 250.
Should I start on Build or Pro?
Start on Build: it's enough for most businesses. Pro is for heavier use: 400 build credits a month instead of 125, up to 25 live apps and 250 people, and an email support reply the same business day. You can switch between them from Billing whenever you like, and the charge is adjusted for the rest of the period.
Will it replace my POS, Jobber or TMS?
Probably not, and it doesn't need to. Matrixcape handles the approvals, trackers and spreadsheets around those tools.
Can I get my data out?
Your data is yours. Self-serve export is coming soon; until it ships, email us and we'll send you a copy.
What's the difference between Build and Managed?
With Build you describe your app and Matrixcape builds it; you make changes yourself. With Managed, our team maps your process, builds it with you and keeps it maintained. Managed is a custom quote after a free discovery call.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. A monthly plan ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
