What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

  • Staff ask to reorder stock or buy supplies, with the vendor and the total.
  • The owner approves, or rejects with a reason.
  • Approved orders are marked received when they arrive.
  • A view for each person: Staff and Owner each see the screens and steps meant for them.
  • Purchase orders move through clear steps: Requested → Approved → Rejected → Received.
  • Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a purchase order back), and the reason stays on the record.
  • People who should only see their own purchase orders only see their own.
