What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

Cooks update what's on hand in the walk-in, dry storage and the bar.
They request a reorder from a supplier; the kitchen manager approves or declines it.
Approved reorders are marked ordered, so nothing is ordered twice.
A view for each person: Cook and Kitchen manager each see the screens and steps meant for them.
Reorders move through clear steps: Requested → Approved → Declined → Ordered.
Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a reorder back), and the reason stays on the record.
