What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

Crews log each visit with the site, hours and what was done.
A manager approves it, or sends it back with a comment.
Approved visits are the ones you bill.
A view for each person: Employee and Manager each see the screens and steps meant for them.
Jobs move through clear steps: Draft → Submitted → Approved → Sent back.
Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a job back), and the reason stays on the record.
People who should only see their own jobs only see their own.
