What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

  • Tenants report a problem from their phone and see only their own requests.
  • The manager assigns a vendor and tracks the cost; the vendor marks it fixed.
  • The tenant closes it, or reopens it with a comment if it isn't fixed.
  • A view for each person: Tenant, Property manager and Vendor each see the screens and steps meant for them.
  • Requests move through clear steps: Submitted → Vendor assigned → Fixed → Closed.
  • Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a request back), and the reason stays on the record.
  • People who should only see their own requests only see their own.
