The work it's for

Finding out a license expired after someone worked a shift without it is the expensive way. Every certificate a person holds is kept here with a copy, its expiry worked out from the certificate type, and a manager who verifies it. The holder is reminded 60 and 30 days before expiry, managers are warned two weeks out if nothing was renewed, and staff log in to see and upload only their own.
