The work it's for

Hiring from an inbox loses good people: nobody remembers who was called back. Here every candidate sits on a board by stage, applicants are thanked automatically, interviews go on a calendar with a reminder and a score from each interviewer, and an offer needs approval before it's made: the hiring manager approves within the role's pay range, and only the owner can approve above it. Interviewers get their own list of interviews to score.
