The work it's for

Posts go back and forth over email and chat, clients approve the wrong version, and paid posts go out without a second look. Here every post is checked by the team before the client sees it (boosted ones by the account director), each client logs in to approve or ask for changes on their own brand's posts only, approval deadlines are worked out per client, and late approvals are flagged with a reminder before posting day. Once a client approves, the caption and boost are locked, and the team's notes are never shown to clients.
