Content calendar with approvals
Plan each client's posts on a calendar and get them approved without the email chain.
Free to try with sample data. Sign in with your email and it's added to your workspace, ready to change. Matrixcape Build is in private beta.
The work it's for
Strategists plan posts per client on a dated calendar, with the caption and a link to the design; clients log in to approve or ask for changes; everyone sees what's going out when. Used by strategists and their clients.
- Plan every post on one calendar, by brand and platform
- Get the client's sign-off on each post without email threads
- See what's waiting on a client and what's ready to schedule
Try it. It's working software.
The real app with sample data, shown for a marketing agency. Switch roles (Owner, Strategist, Client) to see what each person sees. Nothing you do here is saved.
What it does today
Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.
- Strategists put each post on the calendar for a client, with the caption and a link to the design.
- The client logs in, sees only what's waiting for them, and approves or asks for changes with a comment.
- Approved posts are marked scheduled, then posted, so the whole team sees what's going out when.
- A view for each person: Strategist and Client each see the screens and steps meant for them.
- Posts move through clear steps: Drafting → With the client → Approved → Changes asked → Scheduled → Posted.
- Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a post back), and the reason stays on the record.
- A calendar of what's coming up.
Make it yours.
Every template starts clean. After you customize it, change the look in Design or just ask: your colors and logo, fonts, corners, how compact it is, a board or a calendar, light or dark.
Change how it works, not just how it looks.
The steps, who approves what, the rules, the reminders and the emails it sends are yours to change. Say it the way you'd tell someone on your team. You see each change before your team does, and your team keeps using the live version until you publish.
Changes you can ask for
- “Add a second approval: our creative director signs off before the client sees a post”
- “Email the client when a post is waiting for their approval”
- “Remind the strategist two days before a post's publish date if it isn't approved yet”
- “Add a campaign field and show posts grouped by campaign”
- “Ask for a comment when a client asks for changes”
One app in your Matrixcape workspace, not a separate subscription.
Start with one problem. Build the rest when you need it: every app you add lives in the same workspace, with one sign-in for your team. The same app works for franchise owners, nonprofits, in-house marketing teams too.
Customize this uses no build credits.
