What it does today

Only what the app does right now. It works in any phone's browser, and every version is saved.

  • Your team sends each deliverable for approval with a link to the file.
  • Clients log in, approve it or ask for changes with a comment, and send new requests.
  • Each client sees only their own company's projects, deliverables and requests; your team sees everything.
  • A view for each person: Our team and Client each see the screens and steps meant for them.
  • Projects move through clear steps: Brief → In progress → With the client → Delivered.
  • Deliverables move through clear steps: In progress → Waiting for approval → Approved → Changes asked.
  • Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a deliverable back), and the reason stays on the record.
  • Requests move through clear steps: New → In progress → Done.
  • Each person sees only the clients, projects, deliverables and requests that are linked to them.
