The work it's for

Shared calendars and group chats end in two people showing up for the same room. Here every bookable time belongs to one resource with a number of spots, and the server counts the bookings: once a time is full, the next person goes on a waitlist and gets the spot, with an email, the moment someone cancels. Members book and see only their own bookings; the front desk sees the whole day.
