The work it's for

Orders come from the website, a marketplace and wholesale, and the packing list is a printout. Here every order sits on a board from new to delivered with a ship-by date, late ones are flagged, it can't be marked shipped without a tracking number, and the customer is emailed when it ships. Returns link to their order; support approves small refunds, the store manager approves bigger ones, a refund can never be more than the order or be raised once approved, and the customer hears when it is refunded.
