Requests sent by email, chat and hallway conversation get lost, and nobody knows what's late. Here everyone files requests in one place and sees only their own; the desk works them on a board, each request gets a resolve-by time from its priority, and the desk lead is warned when one passes it. A Draft a reply button writes a suggested answer from the desk's own how-tos for the agent to check, and the requester confirms when it's really fixed.
