Saying you're blocked asks for a note, so the lead knows how to help.
A view for each person: Studio lead and Team member each see the screens and steps meant for them.
Team move through clear steps: Available → Heads down → In a meeting → Blocked → Shipped it → Out today.
Some steps ask for a reason (like sending a teammate back), and the reason stays on the record.
