The work it's for

A newsletter goes out late when one section is missing, nobody knows who signs off, or the intro is written at midnight. Here each issue has sections assigned to writers, who see only their own and are reminded before they're due; when the last section is ready the issue moves to editing by itself; the approver signs off or sends it back with a note; and once approved, the intro and subject line are locked. "Draft the intro" writes an intro and three subject lines from the theme and line-up. You send it from your own email tool and mark it sent here.
