The work it's for

Memberships renew on different days, some pay automatically and some don't, and late renewals slip through. Here every member has a plan, a price and a renewal date; recurring revenue per plan works itself out; members are reminded before they renew; autopay members roll forward to their next date; late manual renewals are flagged to staff; and members can log in to see their own membership, never the staff notes. One email can only hold one membership at a time.
