The work it's for

Retyping an approved estimate into the schedule is where details get lost. Estimators price the work from labor, materials with markup and any discount; estimates over $10,000 go past a manager first; the customer approves from their own login (or the office marks it approved after a call), and the approved estimate creates the job by itself with the amount, address and scope, linked back to the estimate and ready to schedule. Customers never see your material cost or markup, the price can't be changed once approved, and the customer is emailed at each step.
