A small always-on-top window. The prospect never sees it. Works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and any call that plays through your computer.
Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later), macOS 14.2 or later. Intel Mac build. Windows 10 (build 20348) or Windows 11. A headset gives the cleanest audio.

Mac: install it from Terminal instead.
This build isn't notarized by Apple yet, so a downloaded copy gets blocked as “damaged”. Paste this into Terminal. It downloads the right build, puts it in Applications, clears the block, and opens it.

Already downloaded the .dmg? Drag CloseABiz to Applications, then run xattr -cr /Applications/CloseABiz.app and open it. Windows: on the blue warning, click More info, then Run anyway.
First run.
Four steps. The app checks each one before you take a real call.

Install and open it. Sign in with the same email you use here.

Allow the microphone, then allow system audio so it can hear the other side. Both are tested on screen.

Set up your offer if you haven't. Two minutes.

Join your call. Pick the lead. Tell them the call is transcribed. Press Start Copilot.
What it does with the audio.
Audio is transcribed live and the text is sent to CloseABiz for the next line. The audio itself is not stored.
A red indicator shows whenever it is transcribing. You confirm you've told the other side before it starts. Some places need both sides to agree; ask first.
Delete any call's transcript from its review page. Transcripts older than your retention window are removed automatically.
